It should be made clear that despite this school's priority to educate children of the workers from the carpet industry, it's door are open to all irrespective of gender, class, caste, religion or ethnic background.

One major feature of the Gangchen Samling School is that more than 50% of the students enjoy full and part sponsorship offered by national-international donors, some of whom are disciples, friends and associates of Ven Lama Gangchen. There is a strong bond between the donors and the students/families. The school maintains this bond through correspondence, mailing of school reports and visit by the sponsors. As we upgrade the levels, we need more sponsors and supporters to cover the expenses for the library, lab, tuition fees of the poor students.
